As gourds are the source of numerous vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibers, so we have to include them in their regular feed. So it means that not only guinea pigs can eat gourds but we have to include them in their food.

Can Guinea Pigs Eat Bitter Gourd?

As rodent guinea pigs can eat whatever they get in their way. Their sharp teeth help them to tear everything they get. So we can say the guinea pigs can eat bitter gourd but we don’t have to offer them their food.

As bitter gourds contain high acid which is not suitable for guinea pigs’ metabolism. So avoid giving them bitter gourds.
